Before evolving into a full civil contractor, the company specialized in commercial excavation, grading, hauling, drainage, and underground utility preparation. Through the consistent use of industry-leading equipment, precise field operations, and a team committed to safety and teamwork, Greer Industries built a solid foundation for growth into larger and more complex civil projects.
From the earliest days of clearing land and digging trenches to today’s comprehensive utility and site development work, the company’s core values have remained unchanged: deliver safe, high-quality construction, coordinate effectively with general contractors and owners, and apply real-world field experience to every phase of the project.
